Resort

Seascape Resort is a 300 acre golf, tennis and beach resort
six
miles east of downtown Destin, FL and one
mile west of Sandestin, FL. Bill
and Margaret Dollarhide own and rent three condos at Seascape. Two
are Lakeside and the other is on a Fairway. All
three are a short walk to the beach. |

When you pass the guardhouse and enter Seascape you slip into a quiet and secure village. |

The Golf Course is your first impression as
you pass the Clubhouse and the fairways adjacent to the entrance road. The lush, green
acreage calms and settles you after your road trip, long or short. |

The center of the resort is filled with lakes, five
swimming pools,
convention facilities, flower
beds, walkways, bridges, tennis
courts, fairways, and, of course, the world's most beautiful beachfront property, The Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico. |

Head for the beach! It's a comfortable walk
from either condo. Or, if you
like, take the car and park it in Seascape's private beach parking lot.
Head for the shopping! A huge outlet mall,
Silver Sands, is just blocks away.
Head for the water parks! Two parks are close
and offer lots of entertainment for the whole family.

Head for the water! Surf, sailboard, jet-ski, parasail, water ski
and fish in the gulf, bay and inland waters around Destin.

These are "No
pets" and "No Smoking" condos for FAMILY RENTAL
ONLY. No units will be rented to vacationing students or unmarried adults
under 25 unaccompanied by a parent in the unit the entire
stay. Reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit
security deposits and rent. |
