Bill, Your Condo was great. 

We got there about 1:00 PM on Saturday and the condo was all we could have hoped for. The A/C was on and the place was very cool. Which after a 7 hour drive is a welcome feeling. It was clean and had all we needed and then some. All went well. We left around 9:00 AM Monday. 

We thank you and will call on you again when back in Destin.

Bill and Margaret, I have been meaning to let you now how we really enjoyed our stay at Seascape. 

It was absolutely everything that you said it would be and more. The ocean and beaches are breath-takingly beautiful and the condo was fantastic. 

This was my first big purchase of anything via my computer and I have to say I had some reserves but it really was absolutely wonderful.

Thanks for the refund check! We enjoyed our stay in your condo very much. The location in the complex was perfect. The development in Destin over the past decade is truly incredible! 

Your unit was very comfortable. The beds were great; the room darkening shades were fantastic; and the generous supply of linens were welcome.

I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our week at the condo! We took advantage of the pools, the lake and the golf course, and of course, the beach. 

The place itself was terrific and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. This was our first visit to Destin and we plan on recommending both the town and your condo(s) to everyone we know who's heading that direction.

I had a great time staying at Seascape! It was only a few minutes walk to the beach and if I didn't want to walk, I was right next to a swimming pool. Not to mention, they had a lot of tennis courts availible along with golfing. The beach was absolutely beautiful and I enjoyed my stay SOOO much! Thanks once again!

We had a very wonderful stay at Seascape. Destin and the emerald waters of the Gulf were incredible. We are already thinking about planning our next visit. It was well worth the long drive. We were a little hesitant on renting directly from an owner but your condo was incredible and well kept. The evenings sitting on the porch adjacent to the lake will always be remembered. Your place as well as Seascape were wonderful. It was perfect for our honeymoon. There was so much to do, and it was so easy to relax. We took advantage of Destin's water sports. We went snorkeling and rented wave runners. We also went on a glass bottom boat ride that toured for dolphin. All in all, it was a wonderful week and we really didn't want to return to the "real world". We are considering Destin again in the future and will keep in touch!

We had a great time! The condo was very clean and well maintained. It was beyond our expectations. We utilized the bikes on a daily basis and swam in a couple of the pools. We're not golfers, but we really had fun even though we were in the middle of a golf resort.

Hi Bill: Wanted to let you know that I had a most enjoyable time at your condo in Destin. The area is really being developed there. Plenty of places to eat and things to do. We got a kick out of watching the golfers as they passed by. Everyone seemed to have their own little "dance" to get ready before they hit the balls. We even saw Vince Gill and Amy Grant. We can tell everyone we vacationed with the rich and famous! We'll keep you in mind for future vacations. Well it's back to the real world now. Thanks again.

We had a very enjoyable vacation in Destin and found the accommodation to be first rate. All of our expectations were met and exceeded. We are seriously considering a return to Destin next year and will decide sometime in the fall of the year. We may want to come for three weeks or a month.

To say we had a wonderful vacation at your condo would be a true understatement. We had a great vacation! My wife and I feel relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated after staying in Destin. You hit it right on the head when you described Destin as a very special place. It was beautiful! I am afraid we will be forever spoiled by the pristine waters and unforgettable beaches-they put all previous beaches we have visited to shame. As a gentleman said on our way back into Destin harbor after a day spent fishing-these beaches "blow those in Aruba away"-I can add they surpass those in the Bahamas. We were impressed by your condo-clean, comfortable and oh so quite. We compared it to a cabin in the woods-peaceful, lots of wildlife (birds) to wake you up in the morning and little notice of your neighbors. Mornings were spent on the deck drinking my coffee, watching the golfers play. I played a round using your clubs-I sure am glad I didn't drag mine thru the airports-yours were better than mine! The bike also came in handy-great way to explore Seascape. Aside from the week going so fast we had no trouble or concerns-the condo had everything we needed and I found the guest book very helpful. We will visit Destin again, and hope to use your condo if it is available. (I just got finished looking at the rest of the years schedule, who knows-maybe August!). Thanks once again.
