are four condos in the building and this one is on the second floor. It
sleeps four adults. The beach is an eight minute walk. See Amenities

Fairway Villa

A short, winding drive brings you to the Dollarhide's
Fairway
Condo. The comfortable four-unit buildings in this central area of Seascape all line
fairways of the Championship Golf Course.
You will be struck with the quiet and solitude of
the area, close to the surf at the beach, near peaceful lakes, and surrounded by
tall, majestic pines and tropical plants swaying in the breeze.

Living Room
|
A short trip up the exterior stairs between units and you enter your private world
for the next week. Newly painted, redecorated, and refurnished, this home away from home
feels welcome, clean and comfortable. Colors melt together between furniture, framed art,
woodwork, walls and the world outside the two double-glass doorways leading to the
balcony. Explore the library of books in the
living room. Bring your favorite
CD's and cassettes. Settle into the deep upholstery of the couch and chairs. Open
the blinds and let the Florida sun fill the room.

Roam the Deck which surrounds the east and north sides of the unit. Arrange the
deck furniture to suit yourself.
The washer and dryer? Under the stairs!

Check out the bedroom.
Unpack your suitcases. Hang up your clothes. Divide up the chest of drawers. Check
out the bedroom drapes which can so thoroughly block out the morning sun that you can
sleep 'till noon if you like.

The new 'fridge has plenty of cold, room and an ice-maker for your liquid refreshment
needs.
Make a quick snack or a gourmet dinner and serve it on either the dining
room table or the dinette on the deck. Bring your laptop

Head for the beach! Down the fairway and across the Stewart Lake
