It is on the first floor.

These are known as the "Boardwalk" condominiums.

The boardwalk itself takes you across Stewart Lake to the beach. 

You will be struck with the quiet and solitude of the area, close to the surf at the beach, on this peaceful lake, and surrounded by tall, tropical plants swaying in the breeze.

Park your car at the front door and you enter your private world for the next week.

One of the newer buildings at Seascape, this home away from home feels welcome, clean and comfortable. 

Walk down the hall to the living area and breath a sigh of relief.  This will be a nice place to stay!

Colors melt together between furniture, framed art, woodwork, walls and the world outside the double-glass doorway leading to the screened porch overlooking  Stewart Lake.

Settle into the deep upholstery of the couch and chairs. 

Open the blinds and let the Florida sun fill the room.

Explore this spacious condo and the comforts it offers you for the next week.

Go to the screened porch and find outdoor dining and easy chairs.  

Step out to the Lakeside and take in the magnificent view.

It's your time to escape and relax.

And this place is made for it!

Hang up your clothes in the spacious Master Dressing Area. 

Check out the big whirlpool bath in the Master Bath.

The King-Size Master Bed fits your need for a good night's sleep.

There is a "Day Bed" in the Master that is a couch in the day and pulls out to two single beds at night.  These can sleep children or adults.  *In addition, a child's single mattress is stored in the Master and can be placed anywhere in the condo.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a private door to the second bath.

Go out the screened door again and to the west end of the building and enjoy the "Sunset Swing," one of our favorite places to watch the sun set.

Spend a morning walking throughout Seascape Resort.  It's a safe, gated community and it's beautiful!

Tasteful landscaping, beautiful architecture and relaxing surroundings appear at every turn.

These are "No pets" and "No Smoking" condos for FAMILY RENTAL ONLY. No units will be rented to vacationing students or unmarried adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a parent in the unit the entire stay. Reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit security deposits and rent.
