Summer
rental is by the week only and begins and ends on Saturday. Effective
dates are May 29 to August 8 in 2011.
Exception: If
a summer week is not booked within ten days of starting
then it becomes available for daily rental at the summer rate
divided by seven.
Check
in after 3:00 PM, check out by 10:00 AM.
Plan
your trip ARRIVAL on a WHITE date.
Plan
your DEPARTURE on EITHER a
white date or a red date assuming the red date is the first day of
the next guests stay (You leave by 10:00 am, they arrive
after 3:00 pm.)
These are "No Smoking" condos with a minimum age requirement.
No units will be rented to vacationing students or unmarried adults
under 25 unaccompanied by a parent in the unit the entire stay. No exceptions.
Pets are allowed on a limited basis and must be approved by the owner.
