• A date with WHITE background is available that night.

• A date with RED background is booked that night.

• Summer rental is by the week only and begins and ends on Saturday. Effective dates are May 24 to August 1 in 2008.

• Exception: If a summer week is not booked within ten days of starting then it becomes available for daily rental at the summer rate divided by seven.

• Check in after 3:00 PM, check out by 10:00 AM.

• Plan your trip ARRIVAL on a WHITE date.

• Plan your DEPARTURE on EITHER a white date or a red date assuming the red date is the first day of the next guests stay (You leave by 10:00 am, they arrive after 3:00 pm.)

These are "No Smoking" condos with minimum age requirement. No units will be rented to vacationing students or unmarried adults under 25 unaccompanied by a parent in the unit the entire stay. No exceptions.
